Our Process

From initial contact to final delivery, we ensure every step of your precious metals processing is handled with precision, security, and complete transparency.
Inbound Material Handling
Inbound material handling involves the efficient receiving, transportation, and storage of Scrap or goods from suppliers.
De-canning
De-canning a catalytic converter refers to the process of removing the internal core (the “catalyst”) from the outer metal shell of the converter.
Milling
Milling is the process of grinding or cutting materials into smaller, precise sizes using specialized machines. It helps achieve the desired shape, texture, or consistency for further production or use.
Sampling & Analysis
Sampling and analysis involve collecting a portion of material and testing it to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards. This process helps maintain consistency and reliability in production.

What We Do

Catalytic Converter Core Recovery

We extract ceramic or metallic monolith cores from scrap catalytic converters using hydraulic shears in a safe, dust-controlled environment.

Milling & Grinding

We grind recovered cores into a fine powder using industrial-grade ball mills to increase surface area and extractable value.

Assay Testing

Every batch is tested by certified partner labs (e.g., PMR Inc., Core Scientific) to determine precise levels of Pt, Pd, and Rh. Results are documented with official certificates of composition.

Export & Logistics

We offer CIF and FOB export solutions, including B13A customs declarations and Certificates of Origin. Our trusted freight partners include DHL Global Forwarding and Kuehne+Nagel.

Please include a clear photo of one of the following documents: vehicle or equipment registration, title, bill of sale, or equivalent proof of ownership. Under Canadian provincial scrap metal regulations — such as Ontario’s Safe Streets Act, 1999 and related municipal by-laws — scrap metal buyers are required to verify proof of lawful ownership before purchasing certain equipment or materials. This process helps prevent theft, ensures compliance with anti–metal theft laws, and confirms a lawful transfer of property. This requirement is mandatory to receive a quote.
